Withdrawal conditions

Obtain written information about withdrawal requests, supported methods, identity checks, fees and processing times before depositing. No withdrawal time is guaranteed here.

Withdrawal Policy

This policy sets out the conditions for withdrawing funds from Cambistell. By requesting a withdrawal you accept these conditions. It is aligned with the deposit and withdrawal methods page and prevails in the event of any difference.

Available withdrawal methods

You can withdraw funds via bank transfer and PayID, card and digital wallets such as PayPal, as well as to cards issued in your name. Withdrawals are directed, wherever possible, to the same method used to deposit.

Processing time frames

Verified requests are processed within 24 business hours. Final crediting depends on the method: bank transfers and digital wallets are usually completed the same day, while cards may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuer.

Fees and charges

Cambistell charges no fee for standard withdrawals. Third-party fees (blockchain network, payment provider or issuing bank) may apply and are shown before the request is confirmed.

Withdrawal limits

Each method has minimum and maximum amounts per transaction and per day, visible in the dashboard before confirming. Limits may be adjusted according to the account's verification level.

KYC / AML checks

Withdrawals require a verified account under our KYC/AML policy. We may request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals or where internal controls require it.

Delays and rejections

A request may be delayed or rejected for: incomplete or incorrect recipient details, expired documentation, additional security checks, or technical or regulatory reasons. In every case we will inform you of the reason and how to resolve it.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the correctness of the bank or wallet details entered. Check the details before confirming: a transfer sent to wrong details may be unrecoverable.

Cancelling or amending a request

You can cancel or amend a request while its status is "pending". Once processing has started, the request can no longer be modified.

Support

For withdrawal enquiries write to [email protected] with the request number. The team normally replies within one business day, and cases can be escalated under the complaints policy.

Updating this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The current version is published on this page and applies from publication.
